The EXPECTATIONS of a HealthyMinds LLC Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber are to:

• Provide supportive psychotherapy and medication management to clinic patients.
• Perform comprehensive behavioral health assessments including evaluation, diagnosis (DSM), and treatment planning for all patients seen.
• Provide supportive psychotherapy and motivational interviewing as needed.
• Teach and counsel patients and family members regarding mental health diagnoses and treatment so that they can make informed decisions.
• Prescribe psychiatric medicine as necessary and appropriate in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Possess the appropriate professional certification, licensing, training, education, experience, and abilities to carry out their prescribed duties.
• Work independently while enjoying a flexible schedule.

The QUALIFICATIONS to become a HealthyMinds LLC Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber are to:

• Maintain a Wisconsin state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber and Board Certification as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Maintain an active DEA license.
• Have two or more years of fully licensed experience (preferred)
• The ability to carry their own professional liability insurance.

HealthyMinds LLC provides referrals, consultations, an easy-to-use web based electronic health record, as well as billing services. Our clinicians are hired as employees and are paid a percentage of receipts received. Health and dental insurance are available to full-time employees. $1,000 signing bonus available!
