HealthyMinds is a culturally competent outpatient mental health clinic that bases success on our client’s long-term good health and function in the community. We believe in personalized care based on client’s unique mental health concerns. We offer a wide array of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery services to clients who have needs for ongoing, high or low-intensity services resulting from persistent or severe mental health or substance use disorders. Our services are available to children, adolescents and adults. The services and supportive activities we provide to CCS clients allow them to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, independence, and to facilitate recovery.
We provide CCS services to the southern Wisconsin counties of Dane, Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth.
