Jenna Holman, LMFT-IT

Jenna (she/her/hers) grew up in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She studied psychology at Minnesota State University with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies. After undergrad studies, Jenna moved to Madison and pursued a Marriage and Family Therapy master's degree at Edgewood College. She now holds an in-training MFT license as she continues growing in the mental health field.

Jenna’s mental health philosophy focuses on empowering clients to live their healthiest lives with a client-directed approach that allows clients to work with her to create the change they want to see. Jenna has worked with a wide range of modalities such as EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Attachment Theory, Solutions Focused, and Systems Theory to bring out the strengths of her clients within their daily system toward their healing journey.

Jenna has experience working with groups, children, couples, and families of different backgrounds and stories. She is comfortable working with LGBTQ+ individuals and finds cultural and racial awareness critical to her work. She has experience with clients struggling with interpersonal trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, as well as eating disorders. She is inspired to continue her experience with mental health to help others achieve their healthiest identity.
